In times of adverse weather conditions, the Council requires a supplement its own resources to ensure that it can keep the highways safe for vehicles and pedestrians. The Council is seeking to appoint a framework of suppliers who can deliver support on an ad-hoc basis only. The Council cannot provide details of the volume of support required. Requirements will be subject to weather conditions.
