It aims to help accelerate the rollout of Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI), particularly targeting the existing Park & Ride site at Whitlock End. This project aims to deploy innovative, accessible, and scalable Electric Vehicle (EV) chargepoint solutions, with a focus on public engagement, data sharing, and long-term sustainability. Suppliers will be expected to provide match funding, anticipated to be in the region of 64% of the total costs of assets installation, and demonstrate commercial viability to operate and maintain the assets under a concession contract of up to 15 years. Technical & Operational Requirements It is anticipated that: - The successful supplier will meet the OZEV & PAS 1899 technical standards & specifications. - The successful supplier will manage the grid connection process to completion. - Data sharing and reporting are expected for the first five years of the contract.
