These services would only be required to be provided within the geographic boundaries of North Lincolnshire. The "Framework Arrangements" are expected to deliver the following aims: Provide drain, culvert and sewer cleaning and cleansing. Collection, and removal of flood water. Provide drain, culvert and sewer tracing and root cutting services.
