This contract will fall under our Occupational and Health and Wellbeing department. Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) are employee benefit programmes that offer employees a safe space to discuss any of their personal or professional challenges that may negatively impact their work performance and mental health. EAPs provide a free, independent, and confidential service for employees and their immediate families that includes, short-term counselling, legal advice, and financial guidance. Derbyshire Constabulary are now assessing available options so that a business case can be created to move the procurement forwards. To inform the business case, we are reaching out with this Request for Information \[RFI\] to the market to carry out a full review of existing EAP providers.
