It consists of Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, and South Holland District Council. These councils work together to be more efficient, secure funding, and tackle important issues while keeping their own decision-making powers. The Partnership is undertaking a coordinated procurement exercise to commission three distinct sector studies. These studies will inform future economic and spatial development strategies within each Council region. The purpose of these new commissions is to identify and assess other existing sector strengths alongside emerging and future-facing sectors that could unlock new economic opportunities, helping to diversify Boston, Spalding, and East Lindsey's economies and position each area for long-term sustainable and higher value growth. This work will also play a critical role in informing future spatial development strategies for Boston and the wider Borough, East Lindsey, Spalding and the wider South Holland District.
