This Preliminary Market Engagement is to better understand the market, supplier appetite, capacity, and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities. The aim is to ensure all forces and agencies have access to the most cost effective, reliable, and compliant disposal services for the Nitrous Oxide Gas and / or the confiscated cannisters, full or empty. For Information only, the proposed Framework will consist of the following Lots. - Lot 1 A FULL SERVICE (End to End Provision of Facilities and Services for Collection, Transportation, Storage and Disposal of Full, Partially discharged, Nominally empty and Empty Nitrous Oxide Canisters). - Lot 2 TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE (Provision of Collection, Transportation and Storage Facilities for Full, Partially discharged, Nominally empty and Empty Nitrous Oxide Canisters). - Lot 3 TRANSPORTATION AND DE-GASSING (Provision of Collection, Transportation of Full and Partially discharged, Nominally empty Nitrous Oxide Canisters, for de-gassing and disposal of canisters). - Lot 4 TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL (Provision of Collection, Transportation and Disposal of Empty Nitrous Oxide Canisters to generate revenue for user organisations).
