This service is essential to support timely diagnostics, patient care, and internal communications across the Health Board. A full list of sites to be serviced is provided within the ITT & specification. The required service will operate on a scheduled basis from Monday to Friday, including Saturdays and Statutory Holidays as necessary. The successful contractor will be expected to adhere to strict collection and delivery timelines to ensure continuity of clinical and operational services.
