Scope includes repairs, rood works, compliance upgrades and associated trades. This procurement is conducted under urgent procedure in accordance with PA 23. The contract will commence on award and run until completion of works programme or until funding is exhausted, whichever occurs first. the maximum possible duration, including any extensions will not exceed 36 months.
