## About this tender

Buckinghamshire New University ("University") published a Transparency Notice (UK 5 - unique identifier 2025/S 000-046663) to make a direct award to renew its current Cleaning, Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance contract ("Contract"). The University was required to renew the contract for a strictly limited period of 6 months, with the option to extend by a further 6 months (only if required).
