The Procurement is being run by the Council on behalf of itself. The Council is acting as the sole lead organisation throughout the Procurement and for management of the Contract. The Procurement has resulted in the selection of a single provider to enter into the Contract for the Services. The Council has used the competitive flexible procedure under S20(2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023.
