The opportunity is in two distinct parts: - New development: The appointment of a “not for profit” operator to manage a new purpose-built staff & student accommodation facility to be built on GWH’s 5.5 HA Expansion Land site, directly adjacent to the main hospital. - Existing facility: Downsview House (DVH) is owned and operated by Unite Students under NHS PFI arrangements – this PFI contract concludes in Oct 2029. It is anticipated that the selected operator will take over the management of DVH in due course.
