The Care Home will be registered with the Care Quality Commission for the regulated service - Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, with the specialism of learning disabilities. It is not applicable to Personal Care Providers who provide domiciliary services in people's homes (This is covered by the Council's existing Care at Home Framework).
