The Ten Towns programme is a targeted programme of initiatives that aim to support the regeneration of Carmarthenshire rural market towns. The focus of the programme to date has been on business grants and public realm enhancements. Since the inception of the programme, the lack of youth activity within each town alongside the underutilisation of community assets has been a common challenge that has been raised by town stakeholders. The aim of this commission is to bring young people who have a connection to each of the rural market towns together, to co-develop new activities with other community organisations predominantly community assets. A small amount of funding will be made available to each area to realise their projects which will be administered by Carmarthenshire County Council which falls outside the scope of this commission. This contract is funded from the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund. ## CPV classification Youth education services Services provided by youth associations Public relations services Health and social work services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-055ea6-2025-07-14T14:22:56+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-055ea6-2025-07-14T14:22:56+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
