These services were previously delivered through two separate, standalone frameworks. However, demand under the current framework has exceeded initial expectations. Following a survey of the housing stock, the age and condition of the properties highlighted the need to expand the scope of works-both to address current requirements and to meet anticipated future needs. Duration: Up to 8-years via Open Framework ### Estimated value: £16,000,000 The market engagement process will be conducted through a questionnaire, allowing Stoke on Trent City Council to gather input from potential suppliers. This exercise is intended to enhance our understanding of the market's experience and capabilities. The insights gained will help shape the framework structure to ensure it maximises the potential for delivering this initiative on local scale. If you are interested in taking part in this process, please contact the procurement team on: to request the questionnaire. The deadline for submitting responses to the questionnaire is 18 July 2025. ## CPV classification Fitted kitchens Site preparation work Electrical installation work Insulation work Building completion work Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-055935-2025-07-04T14:20:33+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-055935-2025-07-04T14:20:33+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
