The successful supplier will receive and accept all waste at both primary and contingency delivery points, maintain calibrated weighbridge records with full ticket details, meet the specified turnaround-time targets and ensure that all food waste is treated to a non-waste end product in accordance with the service specification. Quotations will be evaluated on price (60%) and quality (40%).
