This work will test and develop this in much greater depth. This universal work also runs alongside a parallel piece of targeted work (B6) supporting a small number of sites. Learnings from the targeted work will feed into this examination of timescales. It may also be, depending on timings, that this work is tested back out in some of the targeted sites.
