This refresh presents an opportunity for interested providers to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) as part of the application process to join the Framework Agreement. In addition, current Framework providers will have the opportunity to update their existing Lot service provisions, either by adding new services or amending existing ones, and to revise pricing (downwards only) where applicable.
