The Service is to provide access to urgent primary care, working in partnership with the wider urgent care system across community, ambulance, acute health and social care. This contract will be for 12-months from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026. This contract has a 12-month optional extension which would take the contract to 31st March 2027. The total value of this contract will be £4,303,288.
