The community solution is provided by Access UK via a sub-contract arrangement. The Trust now intends to novate the sub-contract so that it has a direct contract with Access UK. The overall term of the contract will not be affected by this novation, with three years remaining on the contract and possible further extensions not to exceed two years. The initial novation will be for the system solution without the hosting environment and it is intended Access UK will take over responsibility for hosting before April 2026.
