Details of the Enhanced Service requirements will be set out in an ES specification which cannot be altered locally. Successful Suppliers will provide the Services in accordance with the terms of the CP ES and in full compliance with their Terms of Service or Local Pharmaceutical Services contract terms, as applicable. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award.
