As part of NR's Construction Phase Plan (CPP), all lifts will be out of operational service at the same time for the duration of works, which is envisaged to be up to six months. The rationale is to shorten the overall programme of works, reducing the disruption to passengers and colleagues rather than by taking one lift out of service at a time.
