Essex County Council has commissioned a provider to deliver the Government's Blue Badge Scheme and to meet the challenges presented with the Blue Badge Independent Mobility Assessments. The Provider will determine Blue Badge eligibility in cases where the Authority cannot make a clear and robust decision on eligibility using cross checking or desk-based assessment.
