The purpose of this Framework is to support the Authority to deliver a range of electrical energy efficiency retrofit projects including LED lighting upgrades and solar photovoltaic installations at locations within Caerphilly County Borough.In line with Welsh Governments targets the Authority aims to be Net Zero by 2030. To help achieve this target, the Authority intends to convert all of the lighting within its managed estate to LED format with appropriate controls included.
