These installations are all confined to the areas of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington - Tyne and Wear. In addition to domestic installations, Gentoo Group also has three commercially installed Solar PV Systems, located at Emperor House and Akeler House - Doxford Park, Sunderland and at the Skyline Centre - Houghton-le-Spring. The purpose of this Tender is to procure a sole Provider to provide varying maintenance, cleaning, and protection systems to those installations for the next four years. This Contract is made up of five key elements. Part 1 - Maintenance Services to Solar PV Systems; and Part 2 - Cyclical Cleaning Services to Solar PV Systems. Part 3 - Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) Inspections ### Part 4 - Mechanical Inspections Part 5 - Solar Thermal Panel Replacement (to PV Panels) (should instances arise).
