The gardens are part of a 15 year old development on a very steep hill. The gardens have slipped causing the retaining walls to fail, destroying back fences, patios, and footpaths which are now currently closed off to the public. This tender is to secure a supplier to design and deliver a full repair and make good of all damaged areas. ## CPV classification Construction work Site preparation work Site preparation and clearance work Ground-stabilisation work Landscaping work Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-052add-2025-10-21T11:55:19+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-052add-2025-10-21T11:55:19+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
