The Council collects c.20ktpa of DMR from households within the Council boundary. In addition, 550tpa of DMR is collected by a third party from commercial premises within the Council Boundary. The initial contract period is 2 years; the contract is estimated to commence 9th June 2025 and expire 8th June 2027. There will be an option to extend the contract for 3 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.
