All installation work and compliance testing on must be carried out in accordance with BS 7671: 2018 requirements for electrical installations, BS 5839-1:2025 Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems in Buildings and subsequent amendments, BS 4737-4.3: 1988 Intruder Alarm Systems in Buildings and subsequent amendments, BS 5266-1:2011 code of practice for emergency lighting of premises, The Electricity at Works Regulations 1989.
