The works contract will be for a roundabout access and associated enabling works, utility conduits, foul and surface water drainage. It is anticipated this contract will be a design and build contract with the contractor expected to produce construction level drawings from a substantially developed design, which may or may not have technical approval at the time of entering into contract.
