This framework is designed to meet the essential needs of public sector contracting authorities for temporary housing and decant services. Under the framework, any UK Contracting Authority (as set out in the Contract Notice) may call upon suppliers to deliver a range of temporary accommodation solutions and related support services. These may include self-contained units (apartments and flats), serviced accommodation (house shares and guest houses), and emergency bed-and-breakfast arrangements. Additional services may encompass furniture hire, utilities management, housekeeping, welfare support, lettings, and tenancy management. Selected suppliers will be required to provide a comprehensive, year-round accommodation and decant service, operating 24/7.
