The existing buildings will be leased to the successful bidder(s), their property arm, or a named housing partner, with incoming providers taking on the repair and maintenance of the properties. Successful bidder(s), their property arm, or a named housing partner will enter into a lease with the Council in the Council’s standard form and in accordance with the heads of terms set out in the Property Pack.
