This includes the maintenance and operation of 580km of main roads, operating bus and other transport services and congestion charging in the Central London Area. Part of this responsibility is to give public notices of our intentions to execute either temporary or permanent restrictions/changes to road usage. It is a legal requirement that TfL undertakes consultation of restriction/changes to allow representation to be made by advertising our proposed temporary and permanent changes to our roads. Failure to comply with such a requirement could expose TfL to adverse publicity and/or additional costs. The purpose of this framework is for Media Publication Groups to provide services by arranging permanent and temporary Public Notices to be included in various newspapers publications within Greater London on behalf of TfL Traffic Order team. This allows TfL to adhere to Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 that requires all traffic authorities to publish notice of the details of proposed changes to the restrictions on roads in a newspapers circulating in the area to which the order relates. ## CPV classification Newspapers, journals, periodicals and magazines Advertising services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-050fb2-2025-11-05T10:44:31Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-050fb2-2025-11-05T10:44:31Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
