Plymouth Community Homes Board has approved the replacement of Marlborough House with 148 new build flats for social rent within a building of similar height. The block should be fully decanted during late 2027 and the intention at this point is to let a demolition and new build JCT Design and Build contract through a 2-stage procurement process, subject to advice from the project Employers Agent.
