The service will ensure that children and young people can thrive and fulfil their developmental, social, emotional and educational potential. The Service will support children and young people with a: - Child in Need plan - Child Protection Plan, and - Children in Care and Care Experienced Young People. and who do not meet the threshold for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
