The project comprises of the main electrical intake, fire safety, access control and closed-circuit television (CCTV) refurbishment at the below address. ### Solar House, Sunderland, SR1 3DL The relevant electrical services shall be replaced with new or amended, as indicated on the drawings attached as Appendix 3, as part of the planned refurbishment. Each replacement shall be planned and executed on an individual basis and not in one whole project.
