The processes involves a Regulated Below-Threshold Shortlisting Process based on Technical Requirements as permitted under the Procurement Act 2023, Part 6, Section 85 for Works contracts valued over £213,477. Submissions will be evaluated and shortlisted to invite final tender responses. The refurbishment works will comprise of the replacement of lift motor room equipment and refurbishment of the lift cars.
