As part of the offer, young people receive 16-20 sessions of integrative psychotherapy, which is goal-based and tailored to individual needs.• Goals can be a mix of practical/behavioural (start exercising), relational (improve my relationships / reduce arguments), or more emotion-related (improve my mood / reduce my anxiety) goals.• To date the pilot has demonstrated a reduction in depression and anxiety scores for services users.• The funding would continue the 1.0 WTE post which is split across Haringey, Camden and Islington.
