The contract award will ensure continuity of the service for the benefit of patients and their families, in the East and North Herfordshire region. As per the PSR direct award process C requirements, the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and HWE ICB are satisfied that the incumbent Provider is likely to satisfy the new contract.
