The contract is expected to start in 2026 and we propose medium term contract of six year. We would like to seek the views of service providers. During the contract term, legislation will come into force requiring the local authority to collect specific items. We would like to gather industry view on: - Developing our specification/requirements - Pricing Structure - Flexible Terms. - Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Social value As part of the evidence gathering, we would like to visit material recovery facilities to gather evidence on progress towards meeting these requirements.
