Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options: Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS. Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration.
