This will enable a key interface between the regional 111 service and 999 call centre capability and other local clinical assessment and urgent care services. The ICB is looking to commission a single provider capable of delivering a range of services that integrate across primary, community and secondary care to drive improvements in management of urgent care demand across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS geographical footprint.
