Luton Council will be undertaking a competitive flexible tender under the new Procurement Act 2023 and are hosting a Market Engagement event so interested parties can come and hear more about the opportunity and ask relevant questions. The proposal is vital to providing additional affordable housing to meet Luton’s housing need as identified in the latest Local Plan 2011-2031. Both sites have planning permission approved. Both schemes are designed to align with Luton’s 2040 Vision ensuring the development is a high-quality specification, incorporating renewable technologies and low energy solutions to reduce fuel poverty for residents. Luton Council is keen to work with a pro-active, client focused, competent and intelligent contractor who can deliver excellent value, high quality products in a collaborative way whilst mitigating the impact on the town and neighbours. If you would like to attend this even which will be held at the Town Hall in Luton on Wednesday 30 April 2025 in the afternoon please email and you will be sent an invite. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-04f833-2025-03-25T09:13:45Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-04f833-2025-03-25T09:13:45Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
