This includes general clearance of large items and rubbish, deep cleaning, and trauma cleaning. As well as clear and clean services, the requirement may also extend to minor repairs, a garden tidy, emptying of bins, stair cleaning, pest control, and sharps removal. ## CPV classification Accommodation cleaning services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-04e918-2025-07-07T10:05:54+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-04e918-2025-07-07T10:05:54+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
