The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 12,000 properties with more properties being added on a regular basis. The contract scope of work includes reactive repairs and void works including for the provision of a 24/7 callout service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in that specific lot, within the prescribed times. Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out works/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire; however, this contract is separated into 3 Lots by Geographical Area. Each area requires Reactive Repairs and works to Void Properties to be carried out within the specified area for that Lot. Please Note: A Briefing Event is to be held at 1:30pm on Monday 10th March 2025 at Beverley Business Centre, Beck View Rd, Beverley HU17 0JT, that you are invited to attend.
