These are split into regional areas throughout England which could be utilised by the Authority for the placing of service customers in location(s) near to their home, or if no beds are available in their area, to beds in alternative areas. Lot 3 - This lot will be run as the initial regional volume of beds required. The focus will be on beds within the West Midlands conurbation preferably within a 20-mile radius.
