The contract will be for 3 years commencing 1st April 2025 with an option to extend for further 12 months periods to 31st March 2030. The contract price is £145,500 per annum. Should the contract be extended beyond the initial 3 years, the Contract Price will be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with Council's formula for calculating non-residential non-regulated adult social care fee uplifts. Please note the successful provider may need to provide further information on Health and Safety, Criminal Records Disclosures and Financial Records.
