The primary objective of this procurement is for the appointment of a consultancy services to be provided to the NIHE for those properties within the Belfast region that require major adaptions works and services, the required level and range of consultancy services include, but not limited to, surveying, planning, design, costing, contact / project management of works contractors on site (who have been separately appointed by the NIHE), health and safety and defect resolution, through to agreement of final accounts.
