The University of Birmingham is looking to continue its insurance arrangements for health cover for University of Birmingham Dubai, awarded to Orient Insurance P.J.S.C. with cover provided by Allianz via Mercer Marsh. The policy is due to renew during January 2025 on the basis of renewal terms from Orient Insurance P.J.S.C. and Allianz, alongside Mercer Marsh having conducted a detailed market survey. The University is satisfied that the best terms and premium, representing best overall value for the University, have been achieved. The market survey resulted in five quotes from different health cover providers, enabling the University to make an informed decision on best value.
