The programme aims to inject aspiration to build capacity of existing community groups and to form new cross community networks/partnerships. The programme was identified as a key priority through the consultation process with an emphasis on recruiting young volunteers and adding value to existing service provision. The programme will include a wide range of initiatives to better equip communities to react confidently to new challenges in this post-pandemic era and cost of living crisis.
