St Helens Council working with Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority (MRWA) and its partner districts wish to develop a contract to provide textiles recycling points across the Liverpool City Region for residents to use. Knowsley Borough Council will be part of the first phase of the Contract with St Helens with the option for Halton, Sefton and Wirral Councils to come on board during the term of the contract.
