The project includes an extension and upgrade works to develop Malvern Theatres into a world-class cultural facility. The scheme is comprised off:- • New studio theatre with retractable bleacher seating. • New outdoor amphitheatre • New park level flexible studio • Upgraded dressing rooms, wardrobes and green room, including accessible dressing room, WCs and showers for both the new studio 2 and existing forum theatre • Improved accessibility into the building and internally via upgraded Park entrance and lobby • Upgrades to the existing forum theatre. So at this initial stage Bidders are only required to return the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal [procontract.due-north.com](https://procontract.due-north.com) to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
